Sales Associate – Trainee

We are hiring energetic and articulate individuals for the role of Sales Associate – Trainee. This is a field-based role focused on visiting retail outlets, driving visibility, and upselling Loca Loka products.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan
• Upsell Loca Loka products at stores
• Ensure strong in-store visibility & merchandising
• Build relationships with outlet owners & staff
• Track number of outlets covered and sales achieved
• Share regular performance updates & market feedback

Compensation: Up to ₹20,000 per month +Incentives
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Weekly Hours: 18–25 hours
