Celebrating 99 years in the furniture industry, with manufacturing still taking place in Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Visalia is our flagship store in the Central Valley.

La-Z-Boy is committed to a team-friendly environment with individual commission earned on written tickets and paid bi-monthly. Our average ticket is $2500 with the purchase of a sofa and loveseat often exceeding $12,000. Although experience is desired it certainly is not a must. Nationwide some of our very best employees never worked in the furniture industry before setting foot in our stores.

• As mentioned, enthusiasm and a smart approach are everything. You must be people person while understanding the customers’ time is precious, and they want to buy. You must love design and be able to contribute to the customer’s vision for their home. Still, you must pivot in the moment, knowing when the customer requires patience and when the customer is ready to purchase.
• The ideal candidate would be good with retail math, understanding we often customize our product with pricing depending on the material.
• We are a small selling team of three and when busy we'll need you to help multiple customers. It's what we love the most.
