About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma sales processes, market research, client acquisition, and relationship management within the healthcare & pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business in domestic and/or international markets.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Study competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the target market.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, products, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
