About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharma sales processes, market research, client acquisition, and relationship management within the healthcare & pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business in domestic and/or international markets.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Study competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the target market.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and generate performance reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
