Overview:
As a Sales Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Own the complete order management process, including order entry, validation, pricing, and coordination of delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Billing Coordination: Work closely with the Finance team to coordinate billing, manage credit and debit notes, and facilitate dispute resolution to maintain accurate financial records.
- Data Management: Maintain customer master data and contract records in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers, tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and overall service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Generate reports on orders, backlog, and invoicing; actively support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales back office, sales operations, or order management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or similar) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI is a plus.
