Responsibilities
- Shape and implement a commercial strategy targeting prominent clients in the Gulf who seek premium, highly personalised travel and lifestyle arrangements
- Build, manage and deepen partnerships with elite service providers, invitation-only membership platforms, private advisory circles and top-tier hospitality groups
- Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach, repeat business, and structured pipeline management
- Lead discussions and secure high-value agreements with strategic partners and VIP clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services reflect Gulf client expectations in terms of culture, language and service delivery
- Track shifts in premium travel/lifestyle trends within the region and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide guidance and development for junior commercial team members where relevant
Requirements
- At least eight years' experience in premium sales, business development or client relationship roles within luxury hospitality, curated travel, or high-end lifestyle services
- Established access to premium networks in the UAE, Saudi and broader Gulf region
- Strong spoken and written Arabic is essential; English fluency required
- Deep understanding of Gulf client behaviour, expectations and etiquette
- Demonstrable history of securing significant deals and consistently meeting commercial targets
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship cultivation and high-level presentations
- Background in premium travel products (exclusive villas, boutique resorts, private aviation, yachting or tailored experiences) is an advantage
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel and presence at invitation-only industry events
- Confident using CRM tools and managing structured pipelines
- Degree in business, marketing, hospitality or similar fields preferred; advanced qualifications beneficial
