Knowledge about exhibition / concept selling
Space selling for Exhibitions, Selling spaces magazines
B2B selling of spaces in exhibitions & print spaces
To do prospecting, data mining, cold calling, B2B meetings, closing the sales and contributing to the revenue generation for the company
Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required
Develop existing as well as the new accounts, Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and Exhibitors
Design presentations and marketing campaigns for the promotion of the products.
To understand the clientrsquos requirements, conduct product demonstration
To follow up, close the sales and to build relationship with the clients after the closure of the sales cycle.
Enhance the sales performance
Handling enquiries on the telephone, by email and by post, producing mailings and general office correspondence.
Preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities
Speaking to decision makers within defined business sectors and visiting clients when necessary.
Team handling skills
Inter Personal Skills: -
Excellent in Verbal and Written Business Communication/ Presentation Skills.
Sincere, Hard Worker, Passionate and Quick Learner of new Tools & Technologies.
Interest in using Technology and the Internet for improvisation of work efficiency
Software & Computer Skills
Hands on Experience using Operating Systems like Microsoft Windows (7 Pro, XP, Vista) , Linux.
Good Hands on experience using tools of Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, One Note) .
You will be responsible for driving growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's presence in the event and exhibition industry. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and sales expertise to attract new business, manage key accounts, and maximize opportunities in the events and exhibitions space.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the event and exhibition industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. - Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert them into long-term business. - Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients for exhibition booths, event spaces, sponsorships, and other related services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, creative) to design and deliver custom solutions for clients" events and exhibitions. - Coordinate and assist with event logistics, ensuring client specifications are met on time and within budget. - Oversee and ensure seamless execution of events and exhibitions, from pre-event planning to on-site operations.
- Create sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to potential clients" needs and requirements. - Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets related to event space sales, exhibition services, sponsorship deals, and more. - Track and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build a network of industry professionals, influencers, and partners to enhance business development efforts. - Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish new connections.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the entire event process. - Conduct post-event follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during or after events, ensuring a positive outcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
