Sales Beauty Supervisor

Hiring: Sales Beauty Supervisor – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Beauty Supervisor to lead our aesthetic sales team and drive revenue growth in a leading medical/beauty clinic in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
• Promote aesthetic treatments: laser hair removal, tattoo removal (Q-switched/Pico), Hydrafacial, slimming & contouring, pigmentation & acne scar lasers, and skin analysis systems
• Supervise and train the beauty sales team
• Monitor sales performance & conversion rates
• Ensure high-quality client consultation and ethical sales practices

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in aesthetic/beauty sales
• Strong knowledge of laser & aesthetic technologies
• Experience in medical center or dermatology clinic preferred
• Strong leadership & negotiation skills

Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 + Commission
Location: Dubai
6 days a week

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
