Position: Sales Beauty Supervisor

Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for leading the beauty sales team, driving revenue growth, and promoting aesthetic treatments and advanced beauty technologies while ensuring high customer service standards and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote aesthetic treatments (laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, slimming, pigmentation & acne laser, skin analysis systems).
- Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages and memberships.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Coordinate with therapists and doctors for treatment planning.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and client confidentiality.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in beauty/aesthetic sales.
- Experience in medical center or dermatology clinic preferred.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic machines and treatment procedures.
- Target-driven with strong communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
AED 8,000 – 12,000 + Commission
Visa & Health Insurance Provided
6 Days per Week | 8 Hours per Day

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
