Sales Bidder

Hiring: Sales Bidder (Mid-Level) | Night/Evening ShiftsWe're seeking a mid-level Sales Bidder to help us expand our client base across platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the basics of tech and engineering services and can craft compelling proposals, optimize profiles, and leverage AI tools for smarter outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Write customized, persuasive business proposals for tech and engineering projects.
• Identify relevant job postings and submit bids on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
• Maintain and optimize freelancer profiles to increase visibility and win-rate.
• Use AI tools to enhance proposal quality, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze buyer behavior.
• Track, manage, and report on bidding success and KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for clarifications on project scopes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in bidding/sales roles on freelance platforms.
• Strong written communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Understanding of engineering/software terms (no coding required, but must speak the language).
• Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client communications at once.

Shift Timings (Choose One)

• Slot 1: 4 PM – 1 AM (PKT)
• Slot 2: 9 PM – 6 AM (PKT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
