Upwork Sales Expert

ASSORT TECH is looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Sales Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about online bidding, client acquisition, and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, submitting competitive proposals, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

1) Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

2) Prepare customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements.

3)Communicate with potential clients to understand project scope and business needs.

4) Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

5)Coordinate with technical and project teams to gather project estimates and requirements.

6)Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing with clients.

7)Maintain a pipeline of active proposals, leads, and ongoing discussions.

8)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

9) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve bidding strategies.

10) Maintain records of bids, project status, and client communications.

Required Skills:

1) Strong understanding of Upwork and online freelancing platforms.

2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3)Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities.

4)Knowledge of IT services, software development, digital marketing, or related industries is preferred.

5) Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare winning proposals.

6) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

7) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding, online sales, business development, or client acquisition.
