Key Responsibilities:Billing & Documentation

  • Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills (GST) as per company standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, discounts, and customer details before billing.
  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents in ERP/Tally/SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for billing updates and reports.

Sales Order Processing

  • Process customer purchase orders and prepare order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with sales team for order approvals, rate validation, and delivery schedules.
  • Update order status in CRM/ERP software.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods.
  • Prepare dispatch schedules and manage transporter bookings.
  • Track shipments until delivery and update clients on status.
  • Maintain dispatch records, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and follow-up for acknowledgments.

Reporting & Communication

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly billing and dispatch reports.
  • Maintain strong customer communication to ensure smooth order-to-delivery process.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, dispatch, or documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in billing, dispatch, or sales coordination.
  • Knowledge of GST, e-way bill, invoicing, logistics, and ERP tools (Tally/SAP/Zoho).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing/trading/logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with transport coordination and freight documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
