Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in El Maadi. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and communicating with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure our services align with client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand The Portal Agency’s client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Present The Portal Agency’s services and creative solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and marketing solutions.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging business sectors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the agency’s goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Represent The Portal Agency at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.


Qualifications

  • Possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • 1- 2 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for developing strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
