Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the company’s customer base within the catering and food services sector, building strong relationships with potential clients (companies, factories, projects, hospitals, universities, camps, and accommodations), and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role includes preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handover to the operations team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in catering/food services companies (highly preferred).

Strong understanding of catering operations, menu planning, and industrial kitchens.

Excellent skills in preparing financial and technical proposals.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Valid driving license.
Roles And Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client database.

Conduct field visits to project sites to present catering services.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring profitability.

Coordinate with internal departments (Operations – Finance – Quality) for new contracts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare monthly sales plans and submit periodic performance reports.

Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and market opportunities.

Participate in tenders, prepare documentation, and fulfill government requirements.

Coordinate operational site assessments before submitting proposals.

Follow up until project activation and service commencement.
