We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Associate to join a growing advisory team focused on mutual fund distribution and investment solutions. As a Sales & Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new client leads, building strong relationships with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful advisory engagements. You’ll play a key role in educating clients about investment opportunities and helping them achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, referrals, and networking
  • Promote investment products and mutual fund solutions to retail and HNI clients
  • Understand client investment needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and documentation
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and client presentations

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services
  • Passionate about sales, goal-oriented and a strong communicator
  • Basic understanding of mutual funds, financial planning, or investment products (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
