Sales Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in the SaaS sector. This role will combine business development and sales responsibilities, driving both new customer acquisition and managing ongoing client needs. You will play a hybrid role: identifying market opportunities, managing sales processes, and acting as a bridge between clients and the technical team.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new prospects, manage the sales pipeline
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients
  • Lead both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth customer engagement
  • Manage renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO/IT team to relay client feedback and product development needs
  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain and update CRM records and provide regular reporting


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development & sales roles within SaaS or technology sectors
  • Previous experience as SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or Business Development Executive
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with IT project coordination or SaaS product processes is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
