Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive with proven experience in the fit-out, construction, and facility management sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a robust network, and a track record of driving business growth in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fit-out, construction, and facility management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales/business development in fit-out, construction, or facility management.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Previous UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
