pladis is looking for Sales & Business Development Executive for our pladis Turkey Central Asia Export Team .


Key Deliverables


  • Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers
  • Planning and implementing export sales activities
  • Optimizing current distribution network and proposing adjustments to enlarge current customer range and country coverage
  • Defining and driving sales promotion activities in different territories under given authority and responsibility
  • Organizing, issuing and checking all necessary documents and materials which are crucial for export operations
  • Assisting in the development of the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets in given time periods
  • Developing proposals / preparing proforma invoices including necessary commercial causes and incoterms
  • Reviewing orders and following them up in accordance with related departments
  • Maintaining strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic departments (i.e. Planning & Production, Logistics, Customs etc)



What Do You Need for This Role?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales and Operations, actively visiting multiple countries
  • Ability for technical support for customers, sales team and partners
  • Customers management and negotiations skills
  • Export operations experience
  • Excellent command of Russian & English, both written and spoken
  • Having no restrictions to travel abroad
