Job Description:
We are a well-established interior design & turnkey fit-out company in the UAE with over 10 years of experience, including in-house carpentry and full execution capabilities.
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to actively generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close profitable fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads from our digital channels (social media, website, email) from initial contact to contract signing on new & old client inquiries.
- implementing and diligently maintaining a CRM system to ensure every lead and client interaction is tracked and managed systematically.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Qualify leads based on project size, budget, and seriousness.
- Coordinate with design & fit-out teams for proposals.
- Actively follow up to close deals.
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline and weekly updates.
- Support payment follow-ups (advance & milestones)
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in interior design, architecture, luxury fit-out, or high-end real estate sectors in the UAE ( You have a proven, demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. )
- Good understanding of the UAE market
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Own car preferred & having uae driving license.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 5000 AED
- Commission: 2–5% (based on project value)
- Fuel reimbursed for client meetings
- A highly attractive, uncapped commission structure heavily weighted to reward exceeding targets and closing high-profit projects. On-Target Earnings (OTE) are expected to be in the range of AED 15,000 - 20,000+ per month.

- Our compensation model consists of a 5,000 AED base salary plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure, with expected on-target earnings of 15,000-20,000+ AED per month. Does this performance-driven model align with your career goals?

please note that for visiting visa holders you have to renew your own visa for one time during the assessment period of 3 month after that we can apply for your residency visa. Would that be ok ?
- On a scale of 1-5 (where 1 is a beginner and 5 is an expert), how would you rate your proficiency with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)? Which specific systems have you used to manage your sales pipeline?
- As of your daily tasks you will be required to post creative content on all online & social media platforms beside cold calling, texting, emailing previous clients for follow ups including small office tasks. Are you able to do that ?
