About Aevenda

Aevenda is a leading event management and experiential marketing company, delivering  innovative activations, exhibition booths, LED screen solutions, AV systems , and complete event services to top corporate clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

We are expanding our team and seeking a  dynamic, driven, and bilingual Sales & Business Development Executive  to join us in Riyadh.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the  events, exhibitions, marketing, and AV industries .
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting directly to management.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote Aevenda’s services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in  sales, business development, or key account management  in  events / exhibitions / AV / experiential marketing  industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in  Arabic and English .
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia  (visa and relocation package provided).
