Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital’s medical services, increasing patient referrals, developing relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and healthcare partners, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand awareness and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, insurance providers, clinics, schools, hotels, and healthcare partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals.
- Promote hospital services, health packages, and specialized medical departments.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate health awareness programs, medical camps, and community events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
- Follow up with potential clients and business partners.
- Maintain a database of clients, referrals, and business opportunities.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and marketing campaign results.
- Maintain records of meetings, contracts, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare services, insurance processes, and hospital operations is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
