Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident female sales professional who can sell custom software and AI solutions to UAE-based businesses. This role requires strong communication skills, outbound outreach, and the ability to talk to decision makers in a professional manner. You will not be selling a ready-made app. You will be selling custom-built software solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to UAE-based businesses via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Introduce KDYS Lab’s software and AI services clearly
• Understand client needs and qualify leads
• Book online meetings with decision makers
• Follow up consistently until deal closure
• Coordinate with technical team for proposals and pricing
• Maintain simple sales tracking (leads, follow-ups, deals)
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• 1–3 years experience in sales or business development
• Experience in software / IT services sales is a big plus
• Confident speaking in English (mandatory)
• Comfortable dealing with UAE clients and time zones
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-focused, and professional attitude

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a call center job
• Not inbound-only
• Not customer support

Recommended Package (Best Balance)
Fixed Salary:

• PKR 70,000 – 90,000Commission:
• 5% – 8% per closed deal

Expected Monthly Total:

PKR 150,000 – 250,000+ (if performing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
