Job Title: Sales & Business Development Head - PPE
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Manufacturer
Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in specifically in PPE product sales, with proven leadership experience. (safety gloves, safety shoes, Mask, Safety suits & other PPE product)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations in the Dammam region. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the PPE industry and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing high-performing teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the PPE market.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of sales-related issues.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive sales experience specifically in the PPE industry.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
