Sales / Business Development - HORECA

We would like to meet dynamic, target driven, experienced HORECA Sales & Business development professional from Beverage/FMCG background to drive sales, revenue by creating sales strategies, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, expanding market share, coordinating promotions/product launches with marketing, ensuring high client satisfaction and hitting sales targets. KPI will include account acquisition, client relationship management, team coaching, market analysis, and detailed sales reporting for management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans for the HORECA sector to meet volume, revenue, and margin goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new clients, distributors, and market opportunities within hotels, restaurants, and catering.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation: Finalize contracts, pricing, and trade terms for profitable partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing on promotions, trade shows (like Gulfood), and product development.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and analyze market trends.
  • Operations: Ensure smooth order fulfilment with logistics and manage collections.

Essential Skills

  • Results-driven with deep market knowledge (UAE HORECA sector).
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and strategic.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, specifically HORECA, with a proven sales management record.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian will be an added advantage.

- Valid UAE driving license
