Sales & Business Development Intern

India

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing our reach, generating leads through innovative strategies, cold calling leads and converting them into customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Structure:

Rs. 7,500/- + plus Commission (Based on performance during the 15-day probation period)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
