About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Sales & Business Development Lead to drive international growth for our Digital PR and Media Marketplace—a platform that connects brands and agencies with premium publishers for content sponsorships, guest posts, and link-building campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading B2B sales operations in the US, UK, and EU markets, managing the complete sales cycle from outreach and pitching to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting digital agencies, SaaS companies, and eCommerce brands.
  • Build and manage lead pipelines through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and partnership negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales goals and growth initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, SEO, and link-building markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
