Sales & Business Development Lead – Exhibitions & Fit-Out

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Lead with proven expertise in exhibition stands, fit-out, and events industry. The role focuses on driving new business, expanding client networks, and achieving revenue growth in the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in exhibitions, interiors, and events.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
  • Lead sales planning and contribute to achieving quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years’ experience in sales/business development within exhibitions, fit-out, and events.
  • Strong client network in UAE/GCC.
  • Proven record of achieving multimillion AED sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
