Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to monitor and improve our Sales and Business Development teams. This role focuses on ensuring quality client handling, optimizing BD performance on Upwork and Fiverr, and creating scalable processes for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales team performance and client communication
  • Identify and fix gaps in sales and BD processes
  • Track Upwork & Fiverr connects, proposals, responses, and conversions
  • Improve proposal quality and response rates
  • Develop SOPs, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Plan and support team expansion and growth strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Development
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr bidding
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to define and improve workflows and SOPs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
