Role Overview
This is a
pure new-business / hunter role
.
You will create and develop opportunities for our
PPM and project controls portfolio
(Deltek Acumen, ISETIA, CostOS and related services) across the GCC. With limited inbound marketing or pre-qualified leads, your main focus will be
building pipeline through outbound activity
, leveraging your network and our vendor/partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
-
Build and execute a
territory sales plan
for UAE and the wider GCC.

Identify and target EPCs, contractors, project owners/operators, PMCs and engineering consultants.
-
Generate new opportunities via
LinkedIn
, outbound email, cold/warm calling, events and partner introductions.

Book and lead
discovery meetings
with Planning / Project Controls / PMO / Project Management stakeholders.
-
Position and sell
Deltek Acumen, ISETIA, CostOS, Oracle Primavera
and crunchtech services (risk workshops, training, implementations).

Qualify and manage a healthy
sales pipeline
, coordinating with presales/SMEs for demos and workshops.

Maintain accurate CRM records, provide
forecasts and pipeline updates
, and share market feedback with management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
-
3–5+ years of
B2B software sales
, ideally in:
-
Project controls / construction tech
-
Engineering / EPC software
-
PPM / project management tools (Primavera, Aconex, Procore, Safran, Deltek, etc.)
-
Proven track record of:
-
Generating your own pipeline
via outbound (LinkedIn, email, phone).
-
Achieving or exceeding
annual sales targets
.

Existing connections in the
project management / planning / project controls community in the GCC
is a strong plus.
Skills & Attributes
-
Strong hunter mindset – proactive, persistent and comfortable with cold outreach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Confident dealing with mid–senior stakeholders (Planning Managers, PMO Heads, Directors).

Structured, organised, with good CRM discipline and follow-up habits.

Self-motivated, able to work with high autonomy in a small, specialised team.
