Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager with strong experience in AWS Cloud and ERP solution sales within the UAE / GCC market . The ideal candidate will drive enterprise client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, build channel partnerships, and own revenue growth across Cloud & ERP service lines.


Please Note -Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role.

Experience in IT staffing or talent solutions sales will be a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE & GCC markets
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition for AWS Cloud & ERP services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams
  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and solution narratives
  • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and partnership agreements
  • Build and manage channel partners, system integrators, and alliances
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed quarterly and annual goals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and solution teams for continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 9+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development
  • Proven experience in AWS Cloud and/or ERP solution sales
  • Strong understanding of the UAE / GCC enterprise market
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strategic, analytical, and target-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel within UAE & GCC as required
