Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing
Sales & Business Development Manager
with strong experience in
AWS Cloud and ERP solution sales
within the
UAE / GCC market
. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, build channel partnerships, and own revenue growth across Cloud & ERP service lines.
Please Note
-Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
Experience in
IT staffing or talent solutions sales
will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across
UAE & GCC markets

Drive
enterprise and mid-market client acquisition
for AWS Cloud & ERP services

Build and maintain strong relationships with
CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams
-
Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and solution narratives
-
Negotiate contracts, commercials, and partnership agreements
-
Build and manage
channel partners, system integrators, and alliances
-
Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams
-
Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed quarterly and annual goals
-
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools
-
Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions
-
Provide market feedback to leadership and solution teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

9+ years of experience
in IT services sales or business development
-
Proven experience in
AWS Cloud and/or ERP solution sales
-
Strong understanding of the
UAE / GCC enterprise market
-
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals

Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Strategic, analytical, and target-driven mindset
-
Willingness to travel within UAE & GCC as required
