*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including conducting regular follow-ups with clients until the lead is closed.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales in an IT, Software Development, Digital Marketing and website development company is a must.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Onsite Role
