We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling digital marketing, performance marketing, advertising solutions, and web & mobile app development services. The role is target driven and ideal for a professional who excels in consultative selling, client acquisition, and revenue growth in a fast-paced digital environment.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Attractive performance-based incentives are offered in addition to a competitive salary.

Sales & Business Development

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for:

Digital & performance marketing services

Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

Website & e-commerce development

Mobile app development

Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Management

Understand client business objectives and propose tailored digital solutions

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and initial project phases

Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth execution

Strategy & Market Growth

Stay updated with industry trends, digital products, and competitive offerings

Provide market insights and client feedback to management

Participate in networking events, meetings, and business forums when required

Experience and Skills

3–4 years of proven sales experience in:

Digital marketing / performance marketing

Advertising agencies

Web & mobile app development services

Strong understanding of:

SEO, PPC, social media marketing

Paid advertising platforms

Website & app development processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong client acquisition and closing abilities

Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving revenue goals

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

Experience selling services in the UAE or GCC market

Existing client network is an added advantage

Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales environments
