About the Role

Our client, a growing IT solutions and services company, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will manage multiple accounts, generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for IT services and products
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Manage multiple sales projects with consistent follow-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (IT/Tech industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
