We are looking to scale our security / IT-solutions business and seeking a dynamic sales leader.

Role Overview

As the Sales / BDM (Business Development Manager) for Security & IT-Solutions, you will drive growth of our security product & service portfolio — including cyber-security services, digital transformation solutions, and overseas projects. Your role will span lead generation, partner / channel development, overseas market expansion, and closing high-value deals. You will represent Siprahub in both Indian and international markets, build strong collaborations, and translate market needs into business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities in domestic (India) and overseas markets for Siprahub’s security / cybersecurity and IT services portfolio.
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, distributors, partners, and overseas customers.
  • Present solutions, conduct demonstrations, craft technical/business proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet/exceed targets for revenue, number of new clients, partner onboarding, and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, new segments, and overseas expansion potential.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to customise solutions, gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, partner events, and overseas business meetings to promote Siprahub’s offerings.
  • Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, sales forecasts, performance dashboards and present to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related). MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years proven track record in B2B sales/business development of security products/services (cybersecurity, network security, access control, surveillance, etc.) or IT solutions (software, digital transformation) preferably with some export/overseas exposure.
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel sales, overseas business development, reseller/distributor models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable travelling within India and internationally (as required) for client meetings, partner visits, and exhibitions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, able to operate independently as well as collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with tendering, RFP/RFI processes, and export business would be an advantage.
