Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development for PEB solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves end-to-end management of the sales cycle, including lead generation, client acquisition, techno-commercial proposal preparation, negotiations, order finalization, and payment collection. Close coordination with internal design, estimation, and project teams is essential to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design and estimation teams
  • Lead negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely payment collections
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams for smooth handover and execution post-order

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5–10+ years of relevant experience in PEB, Structural Steel, or Project-based B2B sales

Skills Required

  • Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems and steel structures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong client-handling abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Reporting To

Head – Sales / Business Development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
