Sales Business Development (Petrochemical)
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Sales Business Development professionals to expand our petrochemical and oil & gas business across the Middle East & North Africa. The role focuses on client acquisition, supplier pre‑qualification/registration, tender/RFQ management, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with oil & gas and petrochemical clients (NOCs, IOCs, EPCs, end‑users).
- Lead supplier pre‑qualification and registration processes (e.g., ADNOC, or similar).
- Identify and manage business opportunities: tenders, RFQs, MTOs, and direct procurement.
- Coordinate tender preparation and submission with internal teams.
- Support contract execution, delivery milestones, and payment follow-up.
- Conduct client visits, product/solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Attend industry exhibitions and represent the company in regional events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, maintain pipeline reports, and update CRM.
- Travel across Middle East & North Africa as required.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ sales/BD experience in the Middle East or North Africa.
- Experience with client pre‑qualification & supplier registration (ADNOC or similar) preferred.
- Background in petrochemical, refining, LNG, oil & gas equipment, or heat‑exchanger sectors is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
Skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language ability preferred.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and sales pipeline management skills.
- Highly self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of MENA procurement processes and certification systems.
Other Requirements
- Based in Dubai or familiar with the MENA market.
- Willing to travel across the region.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
