Sales & Business Development Representative

Help grow one of Hawaii's fastest-growing concierge medicine and wellness companies.

MODO MD is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our concierge medicine, wellness, IV therapy, medical memberships, regenerative medicine, and corporate wellness services.

This is not a high-pressure call center position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating partnerships, and helping connect people with services that can genuinely improve their health and quality of life.

What You'll DoPartnership Development

• Build relationships with hotels, resorts, concierge teams, luxury vacation rentals, property managers, yacht companies, fitness facilities, and local businesses
• Develop referral partnerships throughout Maui and Hawaii
• Attend networking events and community functions
• Help grow MODO's presence in new markets

Membership & Service Sales

• Follow up with inbound leads
• Introduce prospective clients to concierge memberships
• Educate patients on MODO services including:
• Concierge Medicine
• Telemedicine
• House Calls
• IV Therapy
• Peptides
• Weight Loss Programs
• Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• Aesthetic Services
• Corporate Wellness Programs

Business Development

• Identify new partnership opportunities
• Help coordinate wellness events and activations
• Generate leads through networking and outreach
• Track opportunities within our CRM
