As an experienced & strategic thinker, you will lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and capabilities that drive business growth, customer engagement and sales performance excellence. You will play a key role in driving sales success by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and developing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
Things you will be doing as Sales Capability Manager

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs and market trends

Conduct market analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to implement sales strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Category Management, and Operations) to ensure integrated approaches

Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, including new business development and existing customer growth

Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement

Develop and maintain sales processes, tools and playbooks to support sales performance excellence

Coach and mentor sales leaders and teams to improve sales performance and address skill gaps

Collaborate with HR to develop sales talent development plans and succession planning

Establish and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

Develop and present regular sales performance reports to senior leadership

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Teams, Customer Facing Teams, and Leadership)

Collaborate with external partners (e.g., suppliers, distributors, and customers) to drive business growth

Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new sales strategies, processes, and technologies.
What we are looking for in you?

A minimum of Master’s degree or equivalent from any accredited local or foreign institute
-
At least 6 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, or sales capability roles, preferably in FMCG
-
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and capabilities
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Experience with sales training, coaching, and talent development
