Sales & Career Support Intern (Remote)

Key Responsibilities1. Job Seeker Consultation & Service Sales

• Communicate with job seekers actively looking for employment
• Understand career goals, skills, and job requirements
• Recommend suitable career and job-support services from the marketplace
• Act as a career support consultant, guiding candidates professionally
• Convert interested candidates into paying customers
• Work toward agreed sales and conversion targets

2. Lead Handling & Communication

• Communicate with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Handle inquiries confidently and professionally in English
• Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

3. Digital Promotion & Lead Generation

• Promote job-related services on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Create simple promotional posts, captions, and short videos in English
• Follow posting schedules and campaign guidelines
• Generate leads by increasing awareness among job seekers

4. Professional Communication & Learning

• Attend online meetings, training sessions, and reviews
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and supportive attitude
• Coordinate with internal teams and mentors for improvement
