Salary: $50 - $60 USD per hour
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Provide clients with detailed and accurate information regarding our air quality testing, assessment, and consulting services.
* Process sales transactions, prepare invoices, and manage client orders efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and consultations for our team of environmental specialists.
* Maintain and update customer records with precision in the company's CRM system.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, retail, or administration.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* A professional and friendly demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service.
* A genuine interest in environmental health or public well-being is highly desirable.
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
