Position Overview

  • Job Title: Sales & Client Relations Manager
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Honolulu, HI
  • Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth. This role focuses on nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to support company growth
  • Represent IFSH at client meetings, industry events, and community engagements
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts
  • Track leads, sales activity, and performance metrics using CRM tools

Client Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, vendors, and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for service upgrades, contract renewals, and business expansion
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded

Marketing & Market Insights

  • Support marketing campaigns and client communication initiatives
  • Assist with presentations, promotional materials, and branding efforts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (facility services or related industries preferred)
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
