Position: Sales Closer

Reports To: Sales Lead / Sales Manager

Role Summary:

Closers handle qualified meetings passed by SDRs and are responsible for presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings booked by SDRs.
  • Deliver product presentations.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts.
  • Maintain 20–30% closing ratio.
  • Follow up with warm leads.
  • Update CRM with accurate status.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years telesales/closing experience.
  • Strong persuasion and objection handling.
  • Good English communication.
  • BPO/Call center experience preferred.
