About the Role

We are hiring a high-performance Sales Closer with a proven record of closing $100K+ in lifetime revenue. You must be confident selling Website Design, Web & Mobile App Development, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions to international clients.

This is a commission-only, on-site role for closers who prefer high-reward income over fixed salaries. You will run discovery calls, handle full sales cycles, and close deals for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified leads from internal lead gen and appointment set teams.
  • Understand client pain points and deliver tailored proposals for web and app development projects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first call to contract signing and payment.
  • Close international clients across the US, UK, and Middle East.
  • Coordinate with Team Lead and Project Managers for smooth project handover.
  • Update and manage all sales activity inside CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).
  • Achieve and exceed $20,000+ in monthly closed revenue.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase project value.
  • Join weekly strategy and performance review meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum $20,000 closed revenue per month
  • Call-to-close and proposal-to-deal ratios
  • Upsell and repeat business contribution
  • Client satisfaction and retention post-closing
  • CRM accuracy and timely reporting

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in high-ticket international B2B sales
  • Proven track record of $100K+ closed revenue
  • Strong ability to build trust and close complex deals
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of website/app development pricing and timelines
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel
  • Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a self-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Website Design, App Development, SaaS, or Digital Solutions
  • Comfortable presenting and closing on Zoom/phone
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling background
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and consistent performance history
