Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Closer and HR Coordinator with strong communication, leadership, and coordination abilities. The ideal candidate will play a dual role — managing client conversions and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth team performance.

This position requires someone who can balance sales responsibilities (client handling, closures, revenue generation) with HR coordination (team management, attendance, and performance tracking).

Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities

  • Handle warm leads generated by the sales team.
  • Conduct product demos and explain CPaaS services (SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice, IVR, etc.).
  • Negotiate deals, close clients, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain follow-ups with clients until successful onboarding.
  • Record all activities in CRM and maintain sales pipelines.
  • Achieve personal and team-based revenue goals.

HR Coordination Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure attendance, discipline, and daily task updates.
  • Monitor target achievements and share daily/weekly reports with management.
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, and internal communication for new hires.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee engagement and motivation activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or HR (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales + HR Coordination (preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom sector).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and people management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (LeadSquared / Zoho / HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹9,218.41 - ₹34,686.43 per month
