Sales Closer (Portuguese Speaker) – Aesthetic Medical Clinic

We are a premium aesthetic medical clinic seeking a high-performance Sales Closer to join our team.

This is not a traditional sales role this is for someone who knows how to build trust, understand client psychology, and confidently close high-value treatments.

You will be working with a large, active client base through our CRM system (Kommo), in addition to inbound leads. This means real opportunities to generate consistent sales by reactivating and nurturing existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound leads and consultations

- Work actively with our CRM (Kommo) to follow up and reactivate clients

- Build strong trust and connection with clients

- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments

- Present and sell high-ticket aesthetic services

- Confidently close sales and maintain follow-ups

Requirements:

- Fluent in Portuguese (required)

- English communication skills

- Proven experience in sales (closer mindset)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable selling high-ticket services

- Highly proactive with follow-ups and CRM management
