Sales Closer / Representative

This is a full-time, performance-driven sales role for someone who thrives in consultative conversations and loves helping people make smart business decisions.

  • Run 4–7 warm lead sales conversations per day with dental practice owners actively exploring Source Club savings club membership.
  • Travel needed 6-8 times per year, 3 day trips to dental conferences managing boothes
  • Lead structured discovery calls to understand each practice’s supply spend, pain points, and savings potential—then present Source Club as the clear solution.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified, inbound leads generated by our marketing engine (webinars, events, partnerships, referrals). No cold calling.
  • Guide prospects through a consultative decision-making process from first conversation to close.
  • This is a high-touch, high-trust role. Members trust Source Club because of how we sell—with transparency, data, and genuine care for their bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close warm, inbound leads from webinars, events, partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to diagnose supply-spend inefficiencies and present tailored savings analyses.
  • Guide decision-makers through Source Club’s proven, consultative sales process—from initial interest to signed membership.
  • Overcome objections using data, member success stories, and transparent ROI breakdowns.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot CRM with timely follow-ups and precise forecasting.
  • Track and hit key performance indicators: close rate, call volume, revenue contribution, and member satisfaction.

Results We Expect

  • High close rate on qualified sales calls.
  • Consistent daily call volume (4–7 conversations).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue quotas.
  • Positive feedback from new members post-enrollment.
  • Accurate, up-to-date CRM records and deal tracking.
  • Meaningful contribution to team growth and revenue milestones.

Requirements

  • Dental industry experience required.
  • 2+ years of proven sales success, preferably in consultative or B2B environments.
  • Confidence handling high-trust, membership-based sales conversations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
