We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Executive – Construction Estimation to expand our footprint in the US construction market. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the construction estimation lifecycle and a passion for international business development.

As part of our back-office operations supporting a leading US-based construction services firm, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our estimation services as a trusted partner for contractors and developers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and long-term account management.
  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard US-based contractors, developers, and construction firms.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat business and recurring revenue.
  • Revenue Expansion: Earn commissions on both new client acquisition and account growth.
  • Industry Consultation: Leverage knowledge of construction estimation and takeoff processes to provide solution-based selling.
  • Client Communication: Professionally engage with US stakeholders through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to negotiate and close contracts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience (construction estimation, BPO, or international sales preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of construction bidding and estimation workflows
  • Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • High integrity, discipline, and performance-driven attitude
