Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with lead management, follow-ups, sales documentation, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring smooth customer communication.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:
- Coordinate with sales executives and customers for order processing and follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and provide product or service information
- Track sales leads, maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Order & Documentation Handling:
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and order forms
- Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and accounts for dispatch & invoicing
- Maintain updated records of sales, customer database, and order status reports
Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management
- Track targets and performance metrics for sales teams
Internal & External Coordination:
- Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts departments for timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with clients for after-sales service or issue resolution
Administrative Tasks:
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations or sales materials
- Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events (if applicable)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM is a plus
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
