Sales Co-ordinator

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Track daily sales activities, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
• Work closely with logistics, accounts, and production teams to ensure workflow accuracy.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and monthly performance summaries.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
