Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Management:
  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor the status of orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to track shipments and resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using CRM software.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including addressing any issues or special requests.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services and resolve any complaints.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., Sales, Accounts, Logistics) to ensure the timely completion of orders.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, demos, and calls between sales teams and clients.
  • Help prepare and organize sales meetings and events.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track sales data, generate reports, and analyze trends to help the sales team improve performance and meet targets.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation of sales forecasts and budgeting activities.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and customer communications.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office coordination related to the sales department.
  • Product & Service Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market conditions.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferred).

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
