We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator for our Furniture Division to support indoor sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, maintaining Excel reports, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in managing daily indoor sales activities.
  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments.
  • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

2. Estimation & Documentation

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and price quotations for customers.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, and approvals.
  • Update and manage all sales-related documents systematically.

3. Excel & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Track customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

4. Customer Handling & Follow-Up

  • Attend walk-in customers and handle indoor sales inquiries professionally.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up on quotations, pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.

5. Order Processing & Coordination

  • Process sales orders accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers accordingly.
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

6. Administrative Support

  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Support management with reports and presentations when required.
  • Handle basic office coordination related to the sales department.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female candidate on Dependent Visa preferred.
  • Residing near Muwaileh / Sharjah preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (furniture industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented and detail-focused.

  • Location: Furniture Showroom / Office – Near Muwaileh

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
